Hanna Alkaf

Hanna Alkaf is a Malaysian author and former journalist whose fiction explores Southeast Asian history, mental health, and identity. Her debut novel The Weight of Our Sky was widely celebrated as a groundbreaking work of Malaysian historical fiction in English. She lives in Kuala Lumpur and is an advocate for mental health representation in young adult literature.
