Kathe Koja

Kathe Koja is an American author whose early horror fiction for adults, including The Cipher, Strange Angels, and Skin, earned her multiple Bram Stoker Awards in the early 1990s. She later pivoted to acclaimed young adult fiction before returning to adult literary fiction. Her work is known for its intense psychological interiority and formally adventurous prose.
