Kazuo Ishiguro

Kazuo Ishiguro was born in Nagasaki, Japan, in 1954 and raised in England, becoming one of Britain's most celebrated novelists. He is the author of The Remains of the Day and Never Let Me Go, among other works, and was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature in 2017. His fiction is known for its elegant prose, unreliable narrators, and deep emotional undercurrents.
