Pema Chödrön

Pema Chödrön is an American Buddhist nun, author, and teacher in the Shambhala tradition, ordained in the lineage of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche. She is the resident teacher at Gampo Abbey in Nova Scotia and one of the most widely read Western interpreters of Tibetan Buddhism. Her books have sold millions of copies worldwide and have introduced contemplative practice to a broad secular audience.
