Ruth Franklin

Ruth Franklin is an American literary critic and biographer whose work has appeared in The New Yorker, The New York Times Book Review, and many other publications. Shirley Jackson: A Rather Haunted Life won the National Book Critics Circle Award for Biography. She teaches at Columbia University.
