Truman Capote

Truman Capote (1924–1984) was an American novelist and journalist whose work spanned short fiction, memoir, and narrative nonfiction. In Cold Blood, published in 1966 after six years of research, is widely considered his masterpiece and the founding text of the nonfiction novel form.
