Ursula K. Le Guin

Ursula K. Le Guin (1929–2018) was an American author whose work in science fiction and fantasy redefined both genres. Winner of multiple Hugo, Nebula, and National Book Awards, she was known for her philosophical depth, anthropological imagination, and her belief that genre fiction could be serious literature.
