Ursula K. Le Guin

Ursula K. Le Guin (1929–2018) was one of the most celebrated speculative fiction writers of the twentieth century, renowned for her Earthsea cycle and the Hainish science fiction universe. A recipient of multiple Hugo, Nebula, and National Book Awards, she is widely credited with elevating fantasy and science fiction to literary seriousness.
