Viktor E. Frankl

Viktor Emil Frankl was an Austrian neurologist, psychiatrist, philosopher, and Holocaust survivor. He founded logotherapy, a form of existential analysis, and his experiences in Nazi concentration camps — including Auschwitz — formed the basis of his most celebrated work. He died in 1997.
